Our Bio-Structural Fitness programs involve analysis of structural and muscular imbalance as well as general weaknesses. Supervised fitness routines are then implemented to address these deficiencies. These programs are for those who are not in need of treatment for a specific condition, but understand that physical health and spinal health are important and involve both fitness (getting stronger and more flexible), as well as being muscularly and structurally well balanced.
