Structural problems are often a result of imbalance of the musculoskeletal system, which can lead to wear and tear/imbalance of stress on our bodies. This eventually leads to worsening physical health over time, including degenerative joint and degenerative disc disease, severely affecting an active lifestyle. Many of the severe conditions could have been avoided if physical health was optimized previously.
Our Bio-Structural Fitness programs involve analysis of structural and muscular imbalance as well as general weaknesses. Supervised fitness routines are then implemented to address these deficiencies. These programs are for those who are not in need of treatment for a specific condition, but understand that physical health and spinal health are important and involve both fitness (getting more strong and flexible), as well as being muscularly and structurally well balanced.
